Our dedicated staff at the Concierge Desk stand ready to assist you free of charge. Your Concierge representative will provide referral contacts for various providers, as requested, and will assist new home buyers with setting up everything they need—from utility, telephone, cable, and internet service to new subscriptions.

Many of our Concierge Program participants offer discounts and/or promotions specifically to First Weber clients and customers. Your Concierge representative will inquire for you about any such discounts or promotions as may be applicable, if you are using the Concierge Desk. Likewise, if you contact the service provider directly, do not forget to mention that you received contact information from First Weber Concierge Desk and inquire about available discounts or promotions.
The service providers in First Weber’s Concierge program are all independent companies or contractors not affiliated with First Weber, unless otherwise identified. The participants pay a fee used to maintain the program and advertising, but to be included, each participant commits to providing quality work. First Weber receives no payment or referral fee. Please note that First Weber and its employees or agents may provide referrals to the service providers or vendors in the program, and may help with scheduling or other logistical matters, if requested, but it is you, the client or customer, who is responsible for selecting and contracting with any particular service provider or vendor with whom you may wish to work, and for ensuring that any given service provider or vendor you select is adequately qualified to perform the work or supply the product desired. FIRST WEBER, ITS EMPLOYEES AND ITS AGENTS DO NOT, AND CANNOT, GUARANTEE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS OR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT PROVIDED IN ANY GIVEN JOB OR PROJECT. Any problems or concerns should be communicated to and resolved directly with the service provider or vendor, but we would ask that you make use of our “Survey” and provide any feedback you may have to our Concierge program.
