The Town of Ottawa is located in western Waukesha County, just off WI-67. According to the latest U.S. Census data, the town has a population of 3,758 residents.
The Ottawa Town Park offers three regulation softball fields, one tee-ball field, five soccer fields and two sand volleyball courts. There are several picnic shelters, playgrounds and the youth sports and recreation activities are offered through the Kettle Moraine Recreation Association.
Ottawa has three public boat launches for both Pretty and Hunters Lake, which can both be fished for Panfish, Bass, and Pike. There are also several recreation trails in the town including the Glacial Drumlin, the Ice Age Trail and a number of shorter trails provided in the southern unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. These trails offer scenic views through some of the best green spaces that southeastern Wisconsin has to offer. They’re also a great place to take your four-legged friends for a walk.
